In the fall of 2019 the opportunity arose to buy my first mobile home park & quickly jumped on it. This aligned with the company's long-term vision of owning numerous cash-flowing properties. As this park took most of the team's attention the opportunity presented itself to buy another park, then another. 

Since the spring of 2020, our company solely spends its time finding, buying, and stabilizing value add mobile home & RV parks with our internal operations and passive partnerships.
